What is the most important thing customers should know about delivery?
We do our best to ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days, and we offer free shipping in Oslo on orders over 500 NOK.
When your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can easily follow the package along the way.
If the item is delayed, damaged or does not arrive, please contact us and we will help you resolve the matter.
We deliver to addresses throughout Norway. For delivery outside Norway, please contact us in advance.
What are the most important points in your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request first will not be accepted.
